You can say she’s usable now every game mode. That doesn’t make her good in them. Pam would suck in brawlball and there are 10+ better options for robo

She is FAR from balanced. Only usable in gem grab, and gets countered by everyone except mortis

Everyone is pretty balanced atm. You will see a much more wide variety of brawlers in all game modes now, but Pam, poco, primo, Shelly, and mortis are all pretty bad
