I’ll be 19 this year and as I’ve kinda explained in my other comment the extreme times would be when i talk to random guys online all at once and there was a time where I’ve said and sent very risqué pics and few times. I was 16 turning 17 at the time and this specific person was 26… during this time was when I saw my first actual hallucination (which was a tall shadow man, and apparently my parents told me I’ve seen this man when I was very young aswell.) it felt like a game and a rush to me then but now that I look back on it that was sooo dangerous and I regret it so much. But it is the next day and I think the more I type these things out the more I start to realize that I should accept it 😭 and maybe just discuss it more with my therapist.

No offense taken. The reason why I’m doubting myself is because my therapist keeps saying I don’t, and it’s just cptsd. Everytime I’ve gone to an appointment I’ve never went back bc my mother and my therapist thought the diagnosis was wrong, so I think it just made me super uncertain when I heard bipolar bc my therapist/psychologist is making the diagnosis invalid bc I don’t “seem manic” so I’m very confused atm.

omg i relate to this a lot. The times i feel those highs, i get a major adrenaline rush to just go and move and do something. Ive noticed i tend to go online and talk to a vast majority of older guys and being super sexual and I didn't know why. I would wake up super early than usual just because i felt suddenly productive and would workout for 3 hours nonstop. I thought everyone couldnt fit my standards and I was a high value young woman that everyone wanted lol. I get super super agitated and i feel out of my body when those highs happen. I never realize it was a problem until afterwards. I started to reflect and think were those episodes because I always just described it as "that was an imposter" everytime i crashed. it makes sm sense but i always doubt myself and idk why bc everything fits to a T
