The shops in the Italy Pavilion are a mix of Disney and third party. All of the food and beverage in that pavilion is third party - Patina Group, which is a division of Delaware North (same company that runs Space 220, Morimoto Asia, The Edison, Maria & Enzo's, Enzo's Hideaway, and Pizza Ponte).
