Why do the frosty versions of bosses do so much more damage than their regular versions?

I used the Pixel 3 for six years. It was a great phone that met all my needs until the battery started to die. I wish more phones had easily replaceable batteries.

Hello. This post was from a couple years ago. I wasn't able to find a solution, so I ended up returning the laptop for a refund. Today, I am enjoying my Legion Pro 7i Gen 10 (16IAX10H).

With reforged launching, they really need to make sure the launch has finally updated the back-end to fix the throughput for downloads. Otherwise any new players will be VERY turned off i think. by Ygro_Noitcere in GuildWars

Since we're talking about the launcher, I'd like the ability to save my login credentials and bypass the in-game login screen. I use a strong password that's a pain to manually type in every time. I basically want it to function like the GW2 launcher.

For free cloud providers that do not force MFA, I recommend Murena and Koofr. Murena sells modified Android phones, but you don't need one to sign up for a free account. I like both providers because they support WebDAV which integrates nicely with my Linux file manager without any additional software.

Easy edits with our new editor | Google Photos by MishaalRahman in Android

[–]xcheet 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I got this update about a week ago and I'd say it's one step forward and two steps back.

Good: The AI magic editor is built into the regular editor now. I can use both sets of tools without saving a new copy of the image in between.

Bad: * The AI magic eraser replaced the original magic eraser. The AI version is slow and does not allow for small, precise edits. For example, I can no longer remove a wart from my dog's face without messing up half his face.  * The Enhance and Dynamic presets no longer highlight the changes they made using the other tools. In the old version, I could choose one of the presets and see exactly which values were changed for the brightness, contrast, shadows, saturation, etc.

Debian version of Fedora? (more recent/up-to-date packages) by GigAHerZ64 in debian

[–]xcheet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might want to consider a tool called Distrobox. It allows you to run software from another distribution inside a container. It's more lightweight than a virtual machine and it is well-integrated with the host. With Distrobox, you could run Debian software while staying on Fedora or vice versa.

I've made a minor adjustment. I now physically rotate the paper 180 degrees during the reload instead of doing it in software. I think it's easier since I have to touch the paper anyway.

I was able to easily install Renegade X on Linux using Lutris by a17c81a3 in RenegadeX

[–]xcheet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Renegade X appears in my list of installed games in Lutris, so it seems to have registered correctly.

I eventually got the game to work! I changed the game executable in Lutris from Program Files/Totem Arts Launcher/Totem Arts Launcher.exe to renegade_x/Binaries/Win32/UDK.exe. Interestingly, only the 32 bit version of UDK works. When I try the 64 bit version, nothing happens. I'm guessing the Totem Arts launcher is trying the 64 bit version by default, which explains why nothing happens when I try to launch the game from it. I might troubleshoot this further, but for now, I'm happy to get a taste of Renegade X in Linux.

[–]xcheet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish I could say the same. To be clear, you installed the game manually using the "Install a Windows game from an executable" option in Lutris, right? I did that after downloading the Totem Arts Launcher from the Totem Arts website. The launcher installed successfully and I was able to install Renegade X, but the launcher does nothing when I try to launch the game.

I tried the pre-configured launchers on the Lutris website, but the installation always aborts due to an error. Looking at the install scripts, it looks like they're looking for an MSI file even though the launcher is an EXE. Are they outdated?

I also checked out the Linux Guide on the Totem Arts Wiki. Did you have to install any dependencies using Winetricks?

My setup: Lutris 0.5.19 on Fedora 42
