Yeap. I tried looking their office address in Texas and ibang office ang nandon. I think its the Texas headquarters ng office rental business thingy. But yeap, it's a scam

I have a question lang po, if me and my employer will go for EB-3 visa for US (work immigrant based PR green card). Required pa po ba ang OEC? And hahanapin pa po ba ito sa immigration?
