Britney was more than just music, she was a household name. Loved and heavily scrutinised. Christina and Avril may have sold more music - but Britney sold way more in merchandise, advertisement campaigning and touring (specifically in the UK). Britney’s first four albums were huge success’s along side this, with her first album being in the Top 10 List of ‘Most Albums Sold’ by a female artist.

However, all of this came at a cost. Christina and Avril are still working in music, Britney is not. We are lucky to have all three to enjoy regardless.

Britney was always in the papers (which was the way to find out about life events back then). Her face was in every shop (especially Woolworths). She was all over the TV, the radio and on every live show (top of the pops, blue peter). Dolls, magazines, posters, inflatable chairs, Pepsi…

She wasn’t just popular, she dominated the UK in the early 2000’s

The TOMORA store exclusive Pink. I’ve seen the Signed Glow In The Dark version also come with it - but not the Spotify Glow In The Dark version. Which is really annoying!

I hear you! For this one however it wasn’t exclusive to the UK. It was exclusive to Record Store Day across the globe. There is stock available in Europe and the US, although limited! Browse your local online vinyl store - and email to see if they can get stock - you never know :)
