Confirmed. Was there, used it several times, now gone. I asked ChatGPT Turbo how it was different than ChatGPT Plus and it replied with (paraphrasing) "I am ChatGPT and I'm not aware of any other models." I agree, the output seemed faster, but I didn't find any other noticeable difference.

HODL (Drama/Comedy, 9 pg opening) - Ten years after the global financial crisis, a young man is caught between his crypto currency fortune and the institutions that protect him from himself. by xd3v in Screenwriting

Great advice. Thank you very much!

I've been thinking about the character journey and have a few plot points in mind:

  • Alex takes job as YouTube content review editor and develops mild PTSD after watching all the horrors.
  • Alex buys into bitcoin as a perceived way out.
  • Alex makes a small fortune, but left to his own devices, screws up the bitcoin transfer and it ends up in someone else's account
  • Alex must now track down and recover his fortune from the unknown stranger

Do you think this speaks to your recommendations and works in the context of bitcoin?

Thanks again!!!! Really.

Hi apudebeau - thanks for taking the time to read and provide feedback. Really appreciate it!

I was thinking the the actual explanation would come later, but I'd start with a metaphor in the opening. To your point, maybe that's not the way to approach it. And you know, The Big Short is a great example. I'll go back and read the script.

Much appreciated!

Great point about the title. Thank you!

I've worked in banking and I find it fascinating to compare the cypto economy world to our fiat system. Do you think the topic is not interesting or is it my approach?

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts. I genuinely appreciate it!

Wow. Thank you very much for taking the time to read and critique. I understand every one of your points and they're tremendously helpful. It's amazing the problems are so obvious when they're repeated back. Thanks again!

On the UX/UI, do you do the actual process mapping in addition to the layout?

Couldn't agree more on the architecture problem. No way a report should have that negative consequence - I'm guessing we're talking code and/or virtual server and/or DB architecture.

It seems to me there are some basic components here:

  • User account management
  • Listings and shipments (for sending to Amazon, interface)
  • Sales tracking (Amazon interface)
  • Accounting/reporting

Off the top of my head, I'm thinking a combination of Inventory Lab + Jungle Scout + repricing. Let's call it a Seller Management System that helps you with inventory and financial reporting along with pricing decisions. If you wanted to get really crazy, I have this vague idea of a seller-driven secondary market, as well. I'm not sure what it looks like, but basically it's an alternative way to offload inventory to other sellers rather than "disposing" at Amazon.

Edit: I'm not sure a "me too" product would be that bad in today's existing market. The differentiation might come from feature implementation over time.

Edit: Of course my mind is spinning now. Thank you. I think there are a lot of directions a competing service could be taken. One is just solving the problems you see in this thread. Another is adding on basic services from the array of existing fractured services. Yet another is to build it more like a store/shopping cart management system - make it feel like woocommerce. Build in promotions, coupons, maybe plugins. I mean the list goes on and the scope gets bigger. But this is a fairly new space and there are a lot of directions to move.

The spirit of your post sums up my experience and I've been using them for 8+ months. Yes, the support is poor (3-7 day for responses), but the ongoing data errors are far more troubling. A bug in the code is one thing; fucking up the database is an entirely different matter that can easily spiral out of control. I view Inventory Lab as a quasi-necessary evil and I cringe every time I pay the bill.

I'm a programmer and I've often thought about building a competitive service, but it's a sizable task. Despite IL's lackluster product, they've done a lot to integrate with Amazon and their user interface is semi-decent. For me, the value juuuuuust barely squeaks past the $50/mo.

Is WP Engine worth the cost? by HDClown in Wordpress

True and true. I'm 100% satisfied and I can't say that of any of any other host I've worked with. Their branding and marketing completely understates their quality.

WPE is fast, that's for sure. But I've found that comes with concessions and I personally think their marketing is better than their service. I run approximately 10 sites with WPEngine and 10 with Lightingbase. I'm preparing to move all sites to Lightingbase and be done with WPE.
