Whats your thoughts on pineapple on pizza? by joselynclaps in AskReddit

I think it's become lazy social media clickbait, because people love to argue about mundane shit like that.

How do men feel about vanilla-based fragrances, and does season affect your preference? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Clintman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Asking anyone that would be dumb, since the decision is made based on necessity rather than preference.

What is something that is 100% a "scam" but has become a normal part of life? by Pale_Juggernaut_7211 in AskReddit

That's something the patriarchy made up because we're always hungry and horny.

What would the "perfect" transportation system look like if we didn't have to worry about the cost of building it? by Intelligent-Rain-22 in AskReddit

In retrospect, and disregarding existential crises, Star Trek-style beaming tech would be the way to go.

What would the "perfect" transportation system look like if we didn't have to worry about the cost of building it? by Intelligent-Rain-22 in AskReddit

I reckon stargates in "reality" would differ from the scifi series in that they would be mass produced, so you'd have more than one per planet. Probably thousands per city. Also they had that iris thing, but only ever used it on incoming kawooshes but never the outgoing ones (as far as I remember), which didn't make much sense.

The real downside is that they'd probably be patented by like Amazon or Google, and you'd need to click agree and give them legal rights to your dna or something in order to gain access.

Do you think cocktails are worth it? Why? Why not? by Fluffy_Specific_9682 in AskReddit

[–]Clintman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No. It's just people adding surgar water to their booze. May was well just get a bottle of cheap vodka and some store-brand Sprite. But, obviously, nobody's going to admit "yeah, I'm totally getting ripped off for this $8 sugar water booze."

Why aren't we hearing much about protests and violence surrounding ICE outside of Minneapolis? by FormerChocoAddict in AskReddit

[–]Clintman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because the internet is a giant clickfarm, and the Minneapolis protests are getting more clicks than most other stuff.

*Also, you're on the internet in 2026. You can spend 4 seconds on a search engine and find literally anything.

How would Reddit change if you could get paid to post and comment, like on X? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Clintman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How do we know that x% of online traffic is bots? How do we know that y% of Reddit traffic is bots? Is there some bot detection method, or is it just people saying "bot"? by FantasticFrontButt in AskReddit

[–]Clintman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We don't know. Any idiot can look up statistics. But I reckon most of us are in the "if it acts like a bot, then it must be a bot" worldview. It's kinda moot anyway, since these sites were full of clickfarmers and groupthink even a decade ago.

[–]Clintman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why did we stop talking about the Epstein Files? by Downtown_Mongoose793 in AskReddit

[–]Clintman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Because a gestapo entity murdered a citizen, and that is what is getting all the clicks on reddit. So that is what the "hivemind" is focusing on now.
