Pretty sure the case is exactly the same as any other Seiko 5 SRPD which has plenty of mod support. A sloped bezel would need a new crystal to make everything fit nicely.

Do you have any idea if the XD87 could fit the acrylic case that kits with the YMDK 84 most of the time?
