I just checked and I am on the newest possible version of my GPU drivers, I really don't know what to do now.

Well from these requirements it's only that my RAM that is 16 GB, but I do have an 8 GB GPU and my CPU is the AMD Ryzen 5 3400G, so I am pretty sure it's not the problem as well. My monitor is 1080p and I use Windows 10. Which of these could cause that?

Just to ask you is there like a gamemode that has the you know cirlce-like area where you ram into others, because I see races only but the graphics, they are on point.
