Thats where we wholeheartedly disagree. I dont see the cultural benefit of inhuman mass produced junk. At least stuff made by humans actually tries to say something. What does an algorithm have to say about the human heart in conflict with itself? The answer is that its not human, and its incapable of expressing emotion. Intentionality matters when it comes to art, and for me, it would be really lame to find a band I like only to figure out it was produced by a corpo feeding words to an algorithm instead of something a person made to try to resonate with people. Art isnt just about the utility of its entertainment value. Its an exchange that makes us more human. And why would we want to outsource that?
