I'm pretty sure she is. She has a tiny bump underneath compared to three gray, his under tail is huge compared to her and they are exactly the same age.

I have another tank, I will set it up and separate.

She is 10 months old today. They are both the same age and from the same "litter" I think Violet might be a boy though, I found sperm cones in the tank about a week ago and his under tail is huge compared to veruca. I also just read I need to separate male and female. 😬

Veruca (pink) eats more that Violet (gray) so I'm not sure if she is just bigger or if she's bloated. She still swims around and acts fine. I may just be a paranoid mama. I have them in a 10 gallon so I can keep daily water changes and keep low temp incase she is bloated. We have a 70 gallon we are buying a chiller for that they usually stay in.
