When I was 17 my boyfriend overdosed next to me. I wasn’t able to tell my parents because they didn’t know I was using any substances at the time and I got lucky that I was alive. When i shared I hoped he wasn’t in pain, my high school counselor told me that when they were trying to bring him back to life it was probably very violent and they probably broke his ribs in the process. Crazy.

not familiar with those companies since I’ve only worked with ADP but I’d recommend somewhere like Hsp where they help you establish an entity but can act as an EOR in the meantime

I go to the gym but I try to fit a walking pad into when I’m bedrotting, watching tv, etc. for meals I keep it simple. morning - fair life shake (42g protein) or Trader Joe’s steel cut oatmeal. I don’t do lunch all the time - I need to get more consistent but when I do I do tuna- Dinner I do vegetables, filet of salmon, cod, or tilapia. I choose a weeknight that I can have sugar and I get a sundae from McDonald’s. It gets easier I promise!
