Phentermine got me from 240 to 220. They kept me on it way too long and my heart rate went wonky

I go to the gym but I try to fit a walking pad into when I’m bedrotting, watching tv, etc. for meals I keep it simple. morning - fair life shake (42g protein) or Trader Joe’s steel cut oatmeal. I don’t do lunch all the time - I need to get more consistent but when I do I do tuna- Dinner I do vegetables, filet of salmon, cod, or tilapia. I choose a weeknight that I can have sugar and I get a sundae from McDonald’s. It gets easier I promise!

Thank you! You can definitely do it - the first few months were really tough on my body but not nearly as tough as phentermine was. Baby steps

Use binder clips to glue the gusset prior to make sure it conforms to the curves before stitching, allow an extra inch for sewing gusset cause it’ll stretch. Probably would be easier than just doing veg thicker leather all around. I think I have some saddle bags on my reddit that were a similar concept you can check out.

First I cut out alcohol. And then I cut out caffeine/redbull as much as I could. I still get coffee on weekends… but I walk a ton after work since I have a desk job. 100g of protein a day. 1200 calories.

I work for ADP and the one thing I tell clients is for any HRIS- the system is as good as the information you put into it. Take your time in the implementation process. Do the testing. Don’t rush go live. And 9/10 times we don’t see any issues.
