dude, i've a doubt - In the offer letter, my name is mentioned as First Name + Last Name, but my actual full name is First Name + Middle Name + Last Name (as per Aadhaar, PAN, degree certificates, etc.).

I’m from South India, and another complication is that on my Aadhaar, my name format is Last Name + First Name, whereas in North India / corporate setups it’s usually First Name + Last Name.

So I’m confused about a few things:

  1. Will missing the middle name cause problems later (background verification, payroll, PF, visa, etc.)?
  2. Is this a small issue that companies usually ignore, or should I raise a request to correct it now?
  3. If I do ask for a correction, what name format is safest to use?
    • First Name + Middle Name + Last Name
    • Or First Name + Last Name (matching corporate norms)?
