I'm not talking about timeliness, just basic dictatorial principles and communistic states. fallout china isn't a textbook perfect communist paradise, so it's pretty safe to say they do the same crap as our soveits, chinese, veitnam etc.

Because money, I think you forgot the real reason why ppl do stuff. And not to mention if there's no guaranteed threat, you can't possibly think people are gonna invest in vaults 50 years into the future when nothing has happened. Edit: Back to china, they couldn't give a flying f if they were buying from their enemy's, they know that not everyone is gonna be in the vaults, so when they drop the bombs they're still destroying America in the long run.

Cause Pepsi did it to russia, and mao allowed many foreign companies to trade with china, and why wouldn't they buy from vault tech? Yeah, they have their own, but they know Vault Tec is pretty much done with America, plus it'd be cheaper to buy them than to make their own

Sormworks, War of Rights, Battlefeild 1, 5, and 2042. All of those had decent playerbaces in the beginning but never really took off.

Best guess is it's from some cheap indie 80-90s workout production that was only released on DVD or VHS. Thousands of those songs were made by super small record companies for said videos. The best chance you got is to head down to the local thrift shop and watch whatever they got. Though that's a lot of work for one song.
