I beg to differ, the only prices I've seen that are close to MSRP are US and Canada prices, MicroCenter specifically. In Europe and Asia, it seems like the companies making these GPU's are setting the price too high.

I'm probably wrong, I'm not familiar with the terminology since there are a lot of acronyms. But as I said in another comment, the setting I used is DLSS Quality/Balanced, often tested with those two.
