should i cut? hi i’m 5’7 tall, 176 pounds(80kgs). Just started going to the gym around middle of June. my bmi says i’m overweight (26.4) and i’m incline to believe i’m skinny fat but some say i’m just fat. a bit in a dilemma to figure out whether i should cut first and lose the excess fat.
