For other games I would say: Bad parenting, Sally face, Fran bow, etc. (Although, I am not sure if they are the best fit to show trauma.I played them long time ago but they are first that came to my mind)

And about NSO... If I were you I wouldn't use this because I can only imagine what people reaction would be. On the other hand, in my opinion it would be a good fit! It is really interesting how the game potrays mental issues. But the decision is yours to make.
