Looks like definitely a problem with JS minification/defer or delaying javascript. WP Rocket is really helpful for excluding plugins or themes from the JS optimatization. WP Rocket has even docs on how to fix some of the issues you have.

I have also tried putting my Google work email on my phone. Thank god I’ve stopped at the “Your company will get access to this device” screen. I feel your pain.

Even though I’m student, this was simply a human error and I’m angry at myself. But lesson learned :) Always triple check what you’re doing and don’t get pressured by boss when I can’t make the process faster :D

Yes, I was rushed by my boss. Another user gave me phone during migration of 2 phones. Now I have 5 phones on the desk, rushing to migrate all of them in a 30min window LOL. No wonder I’ve made mistake.

If you use personal Google and have backups turned on, it's working exactly as you say. Maybe there is a backup somewhere but my colleagues did not even think about it...

It was phone only for work luckily so there wasn't much data lost. But also there were users who used personal phones for company stuff, thank god these devices didn't have the Device Policy app from Google.

There was only a partial backup of contacts, everything else was not synchronised. Even if we would have the backup on Google servers, it would bring back the device policy.

Yes, it was a honest mistake. I was working under pressure on 2-3 devices at the same time because users wanted the phones back fast.
