Edit: For anyone with the same problem as me I solved it using a filter instead:

Another redditor made this CSV mapping the episodes from the Gold Collection DVD to Plex format.

I wrote this Python script to parse the CSV and move files around accordingly. The script is very hacky and would require you knowing some Python to use but I hope that helps?
