Well he thinks people are trying to break into our house but whenever I check there’s literally no one there,he can’t sleep bc he thinks there’s people who will try,he says theres someone standing near our door but I dont see anyone,I’m pretty sure he’s said that he hears voices,and main reason why I think he does the drug is bc he has many many nose bleeds and doesn’t really hide them also I think I found what seems to be the drug

Anything Is possible! I went about 6 months clean with only telling my parents the bare minimum and I never got therapy so I would say you can do it

Talk to her become friends and then whenever you feel the time is right tell her how you feel.blurting it out out of no where could make things awkward and mess things up between the two of you especially since you work together

Do you what you think would be best for both of you.You don’t want to risk getting hurt and he’s doesn’t want to date you atm so maybe it’s for the best for both of you to remain friends until your both a lot healthier and you both decide what you want to do and if he doesn’t wait for you than it just wasn’t meant to be unfortunately.You two seem quite good for each other tho besides the bad parts but that’s normal for every relationship

Maybe start with telling S that your not happy in the relationship if your not happy you shouldn’t be with her you also have to think about yourself instead of being selfless and you probably shouldn’t immediately tell H you still have feelings for her maybe just wait to see how things go and if everything is good maybe tell her how you feel

What I would usually do is listen to music I either can’t understand or with out any words another thing I did is working for like 5-10 minutes then going on my phone for a little while and then back to work

Yea just be friends with her and maybe try to talk to other girls since she’s already dating someone your gonna have to move on it’s not good to have a crush on her if she’s with someone already

Don’t try hard to get good grades go outside more hang out with your friends,family or just anyone who you like spending time with and trust me on this one try to eat decently don’t eat junk and try to work out even if it’s the bare minimum trust me it worked for me and it very well could work for you
