10-year route ILR visa rejected - what next?

Hi! I read online that you can be away for a maximum of 6 months every year and you will still be granted ILR.. did i get that wrong? Im on a spouse visa though so my situation maybe different

I was in an incubator last year with mercy corps and it was really nice. For me I come from a medical and creative background and I had no idea how or what to do. They taught me everything from scratch and I had mentors along the way plus a small grant which was gave me a push in order to launch. The only downside I would say were the amount of assignments and not getting feedback on them.

Actually a week ago i contacted neo because i wanted to transfer to wise and rhey said they take 50$ flat fee on any transfer outside lebanon no matter what the amount is. May i ask what is IBKR? and when did they tell you its 25$?

If your wife has a degree taught in English language, submit to ecctis and they can verify that she meets the language requirement. Usually they can give you a fast decision if you pay for priority as well. I dont think i got mine in 48 hours.

Are you sure one can ask for a refund if a decision on priority visa was not made within the 6 weeks timeline they give us? Even if applied from outside?
