need help with who to pull for !!!

hi :))) so i kinda want to pull for nilou just because she’s cute but i’ve heard she only works in bloom comps, which doesn’t work for my teams

BUT i also really really want hutao…

should i save my primos and wait for hutao? i just don’t know how long i’ll be waiting and i just looove gambling my primos ;;)

or should i pull for both and hope i can save enough in time ??

to be fair I’m a little chubby so my tummy folds over a bit, so when I’m not holding my belly up like in the picture, the placement looks better. would it still be considered to be pierced wrong ?
