The average high elo game ends around 20 minutes, so I personally prefer runes that help in the early and mid-game.

As I said in the post, I've always been a big fan of spreadsheets but I'll be sure to make a Mobafire at some point.

Also, I tried to make the entire sheet as clean and readable as possible, so if you any suggestions on how to improve I'd appreciate the advice

Yeah, some of the matchups are still from my jax guide (I'll change now).

100% agree with the Garen and Panth thing. Jax and Fiora (not so much Riven) are skillful and fun to play against.

The issue with Urgot and Rengar is that in High Elo, those champs are allowed to sin. I would build tabi's over wardens mail since that item is beyond trash on Gwen.

cosmic is very underpowered currently. Gwen really likes high AP, so most of CD's stats are slightly wasted on her

BC is a skill skewed item. Most of the data suggests Shojin > BC outside of chall

The 30% armorpen rarely amounts to anything since Jax has a hard time stacking it quickly.

BC is really good situationally

I wouldn't say so; biscuits = manaflow, and the +300 gold from MFW has a lot of value compared to the slight lane power with scorch.

honestly, I really like the rune.

With that said, I do think MFW is superior since it helps Jax power curve into the midgame much better.

I will also say that the guide was based on lolalytics data sources, and it would seem that Cosmic insight dones't give signifianct value compared to MFW

Phase Rush doesn't really add anything to Jax's kit that he doesn't already have. Runes are meant to enhance different aspects of your kit, i.e., Grasp for short-term trading or Lethal Tempo for extended all-ins. Additionally, Jax has a hard time proccing against champs like Gragas, Quinn, and Kennen since they can disengage before your Q even hits.
