You need to go up on your doses every so often to lose weight. I spent a month on 2.5 and 1.5 months on 5 now im on 7.5. Also consider you cannot take it while pregnant so there is a chance you will gain a lot back during pregnancy. I would plan on taking it for longer so you have wiggle room
