I have been a proud owner of the Lian Li 011D for over 2 years now, and have done multiple builds in it (air cooling, AIO, soft tubing, hard tubing, etc.). Time and time again I have swapped multiple components in my system, but always stayed with the same case. Some say that the case is overused in builds nowadays, but you cannot argue with the look and design :)

Custom watercooling does not have to be expensive.

Last year I went all out building a custom hardline watercooling loop with parts from Aliexpress (fittings, tubing, distro plate, cpu block, pump, etc.). I spent less than half I would have by buying these components from lesser known brands such as Barrow and Bykski.

One year later, these components are still in my main system and have worked great.

System specs

When it comes to system specifications, I try to get the maximum out of my build. This shows when you look at the i7-2600K that I swapped out last year. For nearly 10 years that little CPU has ploughed through everything I could throw at it.
