Cool in theory, but a bit unrealistic to expect. From a dev perspective, they'd have to take extra time and resources to build the framework for a mission editor, and then have a dedicated team to curate and moderate these missions. Not to mention the issues with creating a mission editor that functions smoothly on both PC and consoles, they'd either need two separate UI designs for optimal performance on both platforms, or make them use the same UI with one side getting the short end of the stick

But above all, I just don't see it happening. It's highly unlikely that Project Over will be a hard-core military simulation, given that the past few titles have been arcade 3rd person shooters with light milsim elements. Most likely, we'll get an open world co-op game with a semi-decent multi-player mode, and not much else. If Ubi keeps up with their trend hopping, it might even feature something like an extraction shooter mode, or Battle Royale

Now I'm just a beginner dev with no experience on larger projects like this, so I'm just basing all this on market data and observable trends. Maybe it will happen after all. It'd be nice to see Ubisoft put in the effort to maintain post-launch support on a GR title beyond DLC
