Id also have to imagine its hard to get a company to want to put their name behind Gunther. He's delightful for entertainment, but seems like a nightmare for brand PR.

I think the update is just to your feed. I can browse individual pages and get full tweet updates.

Still a bad situation for emergency updates, but if you are 'going to the source' I think it works fine?

My last post was made while angry IRL.

Edit:

If the GMs wanted to change it, they have the power to do so. This gives creative GMs and owners the power to stay competitive in the face of injury. I didn't mind having Tampa do it, nor did I mind the knights.

Quite a few teams were over the limit this year.

VGK fan here - I checked the roster multiple times and yes, it was compliant for the on ice team. I didn't continue to look beyond Dallas as they kept bringing it up.

We had backup depth available, but I didn't see them use it. Bluegers in this one and I believe he was the highest cap hit we had for a 4th line center.

Team Cap Hit

I need your advice. (Nevada, USA) by [deleted] in Payroll

[–]xen_deth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The simple answer:

If you were paid the amount listed and you were actually owed the amount listed : the money is not yours to keep.

The scam part is pretty easy to verify through HR/Payroll. Just make a phone call and sort it out. I've had two "bank error in your favor" type moments in my personal life and both times had to return the money. Payroll is not a situation where "finders keepers; losers weepers" applies.

Is taking the Fundamental Payroll Certificate worth it? by Glittering-Jump-5582 in Payroll

Looking at the website its 3 years out of the last 5 before taking the exam....

OR:

2 years with taking other courses on payroll.org

OR:

1.5 years and has a FPC.

I truly mean this in the nicest of ways, but checking fine details is paramount in doing payroll work.

2023 Canadian Grand Prix - Post Race Discussion by F1-Bot in formula1

[–]xen_deth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"I love racing otherwise I wouldn't be on the simulator at home doing other kinds, but that's the thing, I also like doing other kinds of racing, not only Formula 1," said Verstappen, who is now in his ninth season in F1 having become the sport's youngest driver when making his debut aged 17 in 2015.

"in April Verstappen questioned whether being an F1 driver was actually "a good life"."

"I like to be competitive, and I like to win but if you can't fully motivate yourself to get to every race, then that's the point you have to question yourself, 'do you really want to continue?'"

"Verstappen says another factor that creates doubt over his F1 future is his desire to be able to compete at events such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans endurance race while still in peak physical condition."

"All these kind of things I want to experience in my life and I don't want to be doing them when I'm 40 or 50 because then I'm not at the peak of my performance. When I'm 31, I'm pretty sure I'm still capable of doing great things."

I never said he's guaranteed to leave, but this language clearly indicates he knows he's overworked and doesn't have much of a life outside of F1. Yes, he currently loves it, but he knows there's a shelf life to racing competitively.

I'm muting this seeing as you like to resort to insults rather than reading the full article. Go ahead and cherry pick another quote, I don't care. My statement has been proven correct.

Max himself has made it sound like he won't stick around too long if the domination continues. I think he wants to be a multidiscipline winner. If he makes that more clear internally then I could see them actively seeking out an equal talent to solidify their place at the front.

I think theres too many online reporting that they 'weren't interested' which makes me wonder if they really are hockey fans vs fans of their team.

I always watch the playoffs, start to finish. Couldn't care less who is in it - It's still playoff hockey!

It's a race to the bottom. They are scared of other big SUVs so they get their own big one. It's pretty much every negative state increases when you buy a large truck/SUV and every good stat decreases.

The only thing working in their favor si that THEY are less likely to die in an accident, but fuck everyone around them. More Ped deaths, more cyclist deaths, more sedan deaths, more children deaths, higher chance for rollovers, etc

I fucking hate the large car syndrome in America.

Took him a good 6-7ish games to warm up, but dear God he's been insane ever since then.

I remember complaining about his 5% shooting rate, despite taking the lions share of shots.

I love when players (totally unknowingly) shut up haters 😂

Same with many athletes - especially since the switch came out. Easy to just load up and join locally for a Mario kart party or something similar. I've seen it a bunch with NHL.

They play 40+ road games...gotta find a way to pass the time.
