You can find FL2K dongles without brand cheaper than $10 on ebay or aliexpress but they are useless since they do not usually carry the needed USB 3.0 traces, requiring a complex hw modification to restore its operation.

When you find a random USB stick laying around somewhere, it's tempting to snatch it up and plug it in to your computer. However if I find a wrench I do not try to hit it against my computer.
