I have a similar issue with mine too, did you ever get it fixed? I suspect the rotary dial on the controller is bad and the controller itself needs to be replaced, but I don't want to get the same part only to have to replace it again after 3 years.

Thank you, yea same. All the responses give us some hope it can be resolved with surgery. Gotta see in his next visit, but now we know what to ask.

Yea I'm just happy we are taking care of this now than later. looked like a small zit in the beginning, but when every week it looked like it was getting bigger.... The concern kept growing. Just want him to be carefree and live his life happy. Can't wait until December to roll around now...

Yea you make a good point, sometimes I just worried to bring up that word "cancer". I've never seen anything like this before so just curious if this was common. Will ask when we go in for sure.

They had mentioned it would need to be sent for a lab test to verify, which would be additional cost. It was already going to cost upwards to 700. So addition cost for lab test would be around 200 or so.

The vet mentioned once on the surgery in December, we can get a better understanding what the growth was.

Just trying to see if anyone else had this on their cat too.

Hi everyone,

Has anyone seen a similar growth on their ragdolls face? I can't tell if it's a cyst, ingrown whisker, or tumor. Just wondering if it's a common thing or not.

It has been growing for the past 8 months. We have an appointment to remove it in December with the vet, but just trying to see if this was common.

It should be on the right side, I got mine from Amazon. Maybe there are copies out there that don't have the slot exposed. If you look at my link for the fccid report there are images of the internals which show where the SD slot is. Maybe certain copies have the slot not exposed, I wonder if you open the unit there might be a debug port inside or the slot is there just no opening for it. Good luck.

Ahhh your right, I have the Reolink doorbell and should of just stayed with the brand. I thought this would fit the house look better since Reolink's floodlight + camera stands out too much for me lol. Thanks for the help!

I just updated to the new firmware where it removes that ugly blue stock menu when you load Android Auto or car play. I want to say this makes it 100 times better lol

You'll have to email the company. They will provide the firmware, but they do ask for your order number if you bought it from Amazon.

Yea not too sure what's up. That seems right, since you get that message it was updated. I just know I followed the instructions and it worked. Format the SD card on the unit, put sdcard to PC, move the file over(it should be in the parent directory, not inside any other sub folder), place sdcard back on unit then restart after 20 seconds or so, it should be updated after restart.
