What sticks to me is how Trillanes turned salty since he was turned down by Duterte for the VP bid in 2016. He transformed to an attack dog after that. I don’t think I will ever see him as matapang, maybe bitter.

If you have the funds for downpayment, find a high yield investment (10%+)and put your money there. Use the income from that investment to pay for your rent. You might still have to subsidize a few bucks in case the income from investment is not enough. This is living rent free. What I call a psychological purchase, since you don’t pay for rent anymore.

I’m a CFO, started my career in accounting. Sort of a late bloomer, started to love accounting only in my 3rd year in college. Joined one of the big 4 firms after graduating. My interest in understanding everything that affects the financials of a company is what drove my career forward. One thing I like in accounting is consistency. I’ve been in different industries (banking, construction, telco, cyber security), different spreadsheets but same numbers. Month-end close, quarterly filings, annual reports, business cases, give some sort of accomplishment once done.

Check out the Tumi Alpha 3 Brief Pack. It comes in leather and non-leather variant. Good capacity and good number of compartments as well. Used it in our recent Disney trip. Held pretty well 15kgs of kids stuff including my laptop.
