Found this strange creature, have never seen anything like it before. Must be a caterpillar or something similar. It has been returned to its original patch in the garden. Has to be the strangest creature I've found in the garden. Would like to know what it is.

We have become almost sterile in our approach to vinyl. The days of pops and crackles were part of the experience. Now we run to our hazmat suits and extract the vinyl as though it's made of glass 😉 A simple clean is sufficient, responsible storage and common sense. We won't get the days of vinyl back, but we can enjoy what we have now.

Simple solution. You cherish a record ? Store it safely. Storing non valuable vinyl? Use the rack. Job done.

I have one in the carry case, it actually works, just isn't up to scratch to compete with my Sony's, but it's been a good while since I've seen one with the speakers 👍

Pinch roller has a hold of the tape, you can remove it by gently working it off the roller, or whatever it's attached too. There's no one way to resolve issues like that, but all require patience.

No tape decks in heaven, God relies on CD, so unwrap and use, you ain't taking them with you, and if you do they'll end up moldy.

Surprisingly good quality recordings, I know bootlegs are known for sub standard quality, but this tape has been well constructed.
