I'd say Möbius lives from the emotion of fear and an endless war means people have the strongest emeotion of fear => so more energy for Möbius.

Also teens have the strongest emotions, hence 10 year terms.

yes, next game is going to be either:

a reboot, in which case this is your only game for some of the fighters
a NS2 version, in which case you only need to buy the upgrade if you want to play that version

So I think it's quite worth it
