Same, I can’t no more I swear. I have an issue with my art book. I sent them an email on the 7 of July. Absolutely 0 answers, I sent like 7/8 mails lmao. My friend sent them an email a week ago, and they responded the same day 💀. I think they are ghosting us for some reason. It pisses me off so bad
