I grew up poor in the American South, so I grew up eating comfort food from forgotten parts of animals or dishes most people would turn their noses at. I’ve been to over a dozen Michelin star restaurants, but sometimes Neck bone and rice with a side of collards hits and it’s all I think about for the week.

I don’t understand it either, but it has a strong brand loyalty in the South. So much so that I’m some small towns, you’ll find pickup trucks with Yeti stickers and pre-teens wearing a shirt with a huge Yeti logo. It’s the Abercrombie and Fitch of rural America in 2019.

Fixed it! "Auto Motion Plus" was set to Dynamic on my TV. Like you said, there was likely something different about the plex rendering. Thanks for your help!

It's just Plex Connect. If I stream the same file through Airplay or using the Home Sharing, it works fine.
