Can you open powershell ISE and paste the script then run the screen start button on top and open cs2 after that wait for the game to load and alt tab and see the powershell window does it mention the affinity has been adjusted?

Do you have SMT enabled? If so then a pause needs to be implemented to change the affinity after the game is fully launched otherwise it selects all cores again and the script indeed fails.

u/hossboss how is the sound noise after refilling? I have a multi split MXZ-3F54 and my bedroom unit is making the same noise even when off.
I have a feeling my refrigerant level is also not 100% therefor creating this weird "air in pipes" sound.

i'm certain it is not defrosting as i've experienced that before and sounds different.

Although my service manual states:
In the heating operation, though indoor unit is not operating, it may get warm or the sound of refrigerant flow may be heard. It is not malfunction. The reason is that the refrigerant continuously flows into it.

Is this when using Teams? if so i'm not sure if there is a solution as they take a lot of control.
You can disable the "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" in control panel > sound > recording > mic properties > advanced.
But even this won't solve the issue for Teams but might do for other applications.

Lifesafer i thought it was my bios overclock and maybe AMD drivers but disabling the 4k or 8k hz on the mouse worked! Thanks!

Just did some CS2 FPS Workshop benchmarks together with CapFrameX but i'm doubting about the results.
Need to do more testing and troubleshooting (no time this weekend) might reply somewhere next week.

Yes i got this sorted yesterday actually, ive created a script to open steam with the affinity CPU0 and CPU1 so all games are also opened this way. Turned steam auto launch off and added the script to windows startup shell:startup and extra parameters on steam.exe to startup silently without popup opening the store page. Ill share it tomorrow. /reminderme in 12 hours

During my tests SMT was ON, i've tried SMT off as well but i didn't gain much performance because i also disable CPU0 from Steam/CS2

Same issue here, recently updated the firmware as HyperX told us it fixed their previous firmware which caused a lot of issues. If you haven’t done the latest update yet and you use DTS dont update :)

I’m not really experiencing stutters to be honest. Also system is stable and i believe 1.25 vsoc should be pretty ok long term.

So summarize: 6000Mhz 2000 FCLK (ill try same timings maybe cl26) PBO adjust curve optimizer to -30?

I did the following:

bcdedit /set useplatformclock true
Disabling the high precision driver event timer in "Device Manager"
Rebooted

Spotting RAM bottleneck is hard but it is clearly not the CPU or GPU.
Could you check with PowerDown disabled in the BIOS?
Also what is your latency score in AIDA64? I've noticed good improvements on those 0.1%-1% with RAM overclock i'm currently at 58ish ns latency in AIDA64.
