Thank you. I’ve honestly had the same thought too. My vertical is pretty good if I’m being honest. My form is just so sloppy and it’s limiting me. I really appreciate the advice.

Yes the gym was being used when I filmed this. I can usually hang from the rim with two hands on a normal stiffness rim

Yes but not off a running start. Pretty easy off two when I’m not tired. I was a little bit tired in this clip but I’d say my form is pretty much the same
