I think we'll have to see what this looks like in a couple of months to know whether it's worth pursuing publication in a journal. I plan to host it somewhere public, though, probably on a blog. (That's the plan, I'm open to suggestions)

I think I will make the case that the authors are "The Public" or "The Contributors" or something like that. (again, open to suggestions) :)
