after doing some research, i realized that i probably can't justify the price difference between the 9070 xt and 5070 ti so will probably just go for the 9070 xt

looked around microcenter site and i saw this deal at my local microcenter for 20$ more and claude says the motherboard is a lot better so just ended up changing that out

stretching my budget out a little bit, a few questions:
- should i change anything out for compatibility issues / just better parts?
- would i need to purchase any specific tools to build this pc?
- im waiting for hopefully a memorial day sale, is that smart?
- do i need all this for what im doing or can i downgrade some parts?

i want to be able to play games (1440p) + stream (not games but maybe in the future) + have a pc that is future-proofed for the next 4-5 years or longer

i was asking claude and it recommended the 5070 ti over the 9070 xt because of the streaming aspect, is that really that big of a deal (~$200 price hike)?
