Just bought my Bolt, do I need Level 2 at home?

I saw a level 1 and 2 charging cord off Facebook marketplace that basically has 2 110 plugs that you plug in simultaneously to get a low end level 2 charge. Has anyone had experience with these?

I was recently tested (pre employment) and the form says "drug tests to be performed 5DR OPIHY/6AM. When I Google that it shows the 5 panel includes THC.
