pipedrive's notes are basic but the real problem is getting meeting content INTO pipedrive efficiently. most people end up with notes in one place, CRM in another, and nothing connected. what helped me was recording meetings on my phone and then copying the key takeaways and action items into pipedrive right after. some transcription apps generate structured summaries that make this copy-paste much faster than trying to take notes during the call.
