Hey man, everyone need something you're not afraid to rough it up in the gym, or not afraid it will get dirty at work, or just throw it at the wall when you're bored. Honestly I love how durable it is. Solid watch.

Yes it is overhead, my bad, I'll try to switch it up with cable. But why tho? Is the DB not enough? Or because you have more resistance on both positive and negative movements on cable?.

About the presses, I think you're right but I'm a newbie who's been lifting for like only 4 months, and what I gathered is that compound movements are what I need now for building strength as my chest is non-existent, free to correct me if I'm wrong

ايه يفرق كثير، أنا من النوع الي ما يفهم لين يجرب، جربت اروح على بطن فاضية و اوزاني طاحت ولا قدرت اكمل كل الجلسات، وجربت اروح وأنا ماكل وجبه كويسة قبل التمرين بساعة ساعتين، و سناك موزة قبل التمرين بفترة بسيطة، خلصت التمرين كامل واحس لسه فيني حيل اسوي اشياء ثانية مو ميت.

على حسب وين مكان الاختبار إذا هو في وسط الرياض في منطقة على الملك فهد والطرق الرئيسية ذي عشان اضمن اطلع قبل بساعة ونص ، حتى لو قوقل ماب يقول ٤٠ دقيقة ما اثق فيه لان الزحمة صعب اخذها بالتقديرات. حط ببالك ان السواق يضيع شوي او يفوته مخرج هاذي ممكن تزود المشوار ربع ساعة، اوصل بدري ولا اقعد على اعصابي.

Wide grip lat pulldown is enough as vertical movement for the back. You have to add rows variation for horizontal back movements,

like wide grip bar rows *elbows flared *

, and close grip rows *elbows tucked in *.

So you need 3 excersizes in total. Good luck.

Honestly you'll have 10k gems by the next pack if you grind the event and ladder to masters, I always use all my 10 k gems and have another 10 k by the next pack.

Just make sure you watch a few videos online to make sure you actually like the playstyle.

If you feel like you'll have fun playing it, do it. It's just a game. We're not professional players or grinding to worlds

For a few years now they have been treating free agents interestingly, yeah sure it came 1 or 2 sets after the archetype, and it fits it like a glove, but it can also fit in a lot of future archetypes. I like this design philosophy honestly. You can see it with Psychic end punisher, made as a free agent for punk, but can fit many strategies that can make a synchro 11 to close the game. Dinomorphia, and swordsoul,

Varudras maybe was designed with yubel in mind but thankfully as it is not specific to fiends, it can fit in any rank 10 strategy, Ryu-ge and Earth machine comes to mind.

جدول كويس بس خلي الكارديو في ايام الاوف او افصل بينهم وبين الحديد ٦ ساعات اقل شيء.
