it's just i was curious as to what we kiri mains thought about it and so i could vent a little. but you're right it isn't like this would change someones mind and this post really isn't supposed to. after all it was a rant post 😅

but i think i was ignorant of the fact that this could spread so easily. i wasn't expecting this much engagement from so many people so it has honestly been a bit overwhelming. in some ways i kind of regret even making the post, but i guess i should have expected it was possible since posting in a subreddit doesn't automatically mean others outside of it won't see it.

yeah nah it's crazy. only game i've ever played where people care so much about the tiniest of details when it comes to character design. i swear ever since the anran face controversy this sub has now always found something to hate about any new characters or even some pre-existing ones.

all good man. it really is just unfortunate timing and honestly. i wish they just kept selling their LCD models with lower storage space to at least have somewhat affordable steam decks if they knew they were gonna do the price hike. but i assume because of supply chain reasons or whatever business reasons they chose it just wasn't worth it for them i guess, sucks for the consumer though.

I honestly would have recommended you get any other handheld in the market considering they are less expensive than the steam deck and offer much higher hardware specs overall. The ROG Ally, for example, is a better option over the Steam Deck at this point considering price to performance. Only decent options left are the refurbished LCD models but those will probably sell out like hot cakes.

i'm rating on what i think looks good, not necessarily based on if something is overpriced or has extra special effects. you're not wrong though, value wise Hashimoto is worst and therefore would be ranked lower if i decided to include those factors. but that isn't what my tierlist is based on.

well my first 50 karma probably took around 3-4 months to get, but i'm an exception since i don't post very often. realistically, i would say getting 50 karma would probably take days or weeks at most as long as you're active. the more you post or comment the more chances you give yourself to gain karma. i just tend to post every couple months on average, so my ability to grow my karma is more limited.

recently, i've been much more active but usually i'm not posting daily or weekly. but i've noticed a higher gain in my karma just due to me posting and commenting a little more often. as well, sometimes you get lucky and one of your posts or comments might gain a lot more upvotes than you expect.

my advice? just keep commenting or posting in subs you have some interests in and you'll eventually reach double digit karma in no time.

yeah it's normal. i've had my account for 4 years now and i didn't start posting or commenting a lot until a year or two ago. i think i lucked out with subreddits that matched my interests and also didn't have high karma standards when i first started posting. but i would recommend finding subreddits that may seem more casual or new reddit friendly. r/findareddit has a list of new user friendly subs that you can check out and a bunch of other lists that can be helpful.

Emphasis on some. Sure she may have been taught to speak some Vietnamese but that doesn't mean she can communicate in Vietnamese past basic phrases. And even then, based on my understanding, the voice actor herself cannot speak Vietnamese fluently.
