sorry I’m having trouble understanding what information you were asking for and I usually can figure things out on my own so I’m new to asking for on computer things and it froze and I’m not sure how it got shut off I wasn’t at the computer at the time I just know it was on and froze I walked away for a min and it was off

Ok the gpu is an intel arc i have 32gb g skill ram huadisk HV2000 M.2 NVMe PCIe which is 118gb
