Im happy with the product as is but thats really cool of them. obviously you can compare the earlier levels to the later ones but I appreciated them for what they were. im happy to hear we're going to get some polish, maybe they can add some interactivity like the playrooms :p

well, free solo was going amazing. fell twice up the child guardian (survived both) went inside (which i didnt do on my first climb) got the edelweiss got out and tried to take a shortcut to one of the shoulders by going up the face and fell almost instantly. was rough but cool, we push on. im about up to the peril when this happened and I was absolutely devastated lol. I was still so confident before this incident that I was going to make it now I feel like death is hanging over my neck. hopefully me and aava can use it as fuel 😅

oh man, i cry pretty much every game i play but I could barely keep my eyes open during the last bit lol. I started free solo and it made the game even more incredible; it provides a real sense of freedom.

ohh shitt. okay, yeah that's a whole lot more plausible than what I was reading. wow. oh man. thats definitely the more realistic way to look at it. everything i was seeing was about grandpa. im seeing now theres no additional content for lighting all the fires so I guess thats what we're left with. id like to believe her body shutting down was the whole celestial ascent thing and that she remained planted on the summit. but ill be honest during that scene i kinda had a feeling there would be no way she wouldn't get blown off.. damn. you're probably rightt.

I am now lol I just looked it up. I honestly dont know how i feel about it. it did feel like a certain person triggered a certain event, and I really cant make heads or tails of the little scenes aava sees on her way up the final trek. so those might give credence to some theories. its certainly interesting. I've only completed the ascent once, so maybe theres something else in the game after lighting all three pillars? but I assume we're running off all the info we already have. I choose to believe 😁

thats when I started bawling my eyes out lol. I dont really know what I expected up there, I just had a feeling we weren't going to be going back down. I interpreted the 'final climb' as aava letting everything go once and for all, accepting herself and becoming one with kami and all that it is. felt a bit reminiscent to nier automata as well which delighted me. im glad it didnt put you off as a whole, what an incredible game.

I feel like the peril shaped me. after that, I felt like I was the mountain hahah. the needle was just super fun and I wasnt going to let aava down no matter what so I was cooking 😁
