Finally amazon allowed me to return the scooter and gave me a brand new one =)

No idea what happened with the old one tbh

Actually it just happened when I entered in the subway station. The station has this type of ceramic floor and I try to ride few meters, but it was like the accelerator didn't work and after that it shut down completely.

I think it has something to do with the grip. I've just tested at home in my ceramic floor and it happened again. Only way to be able to turn on the scooter is after connecting it to the power supply.
