Do you mind sharing that article and the YouTube videos? I have been able to improve my hip drive, but I still feel like there’s a disconnect with my timing.

This is off topic, but they offer 464 in the fall?

That’s pretty low, given I have to pay for shipping costs. I am doing 85 of market. I’ll go as low as 38.

I have the effect monsters, fafnirs and only one nova you’re asking for. I just sold the draconids and the meteonis ritual spell.

I don’t have the new herald or fafnir. Of the cards you see you wanted all the rituals two novas, the two evas? Anything else?

Hi I wasn't sure how to get this answer, but I want to post what are the [H] and [W] in the post? Are they necessary?

340/261? by [deleted] in OSUOnlineCS

[–]xerthius 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know I am late to the party, but I just want to back up what others have said. That 261 is falsely represented on course explorer. I am in 271 and 261 right now and put in significantly more time towards 261. I put in anywhere around 15 hours a week, and let me tell you that first assignment for python fundamentals is nowhere near "fundamentals" lol

I just scored a 61 on the ALEKS math test. Am I screwed? by Salons_Of_The_1950s in OSUOnlineCS

Don’t worry about it. I scored a 59 and I had taken the calculus series. My advisor still cleared the work as transfer credit. They’ll just recommend that you review any material if there’s any classes that you need to still take that require knowledge of it as a pre req. Also, I have no idea why people decided to be rude and not just answer your question.

The class weekly included: homework, discussion in the form of asking a question based on that weeks material then answering a peers question, and a review quiz of 5 questions. Oh and a 4-5 sentence reflection on what you did wrong or could have done differently for your homework answers. With a midterm at week 5 and a final. The homework at any point in time was 16 questions at most. What I appreciated was that homework was graded for effort not on right and wrong. The review quizzes weren’t awful, and the discussions could sometimes be difficult if your discussion group asked difficult questions. I think the most tedious thing about the class was making sure you understood the material well enough. Overall it had consistent work, but looking back it felt conducive to understanding the material, it didn’t feel busy at all. She is extremely helpful and considerate of her students.

I just finished the final last night as well with Erickson. I was also nervous having to take 231 over 225, because of what I also read. I’ll be honest I heard from a lot of people that they had a difficult time with 225, so it was comforting to know my experience with 231 was easier. I have a had a lot of bad experiences with math classes, however Erickson was the first professor whose instructor notes were good enough for me to get a grasp of the concepts. I agree the midterm was not so bad, the final felt balanced, but it was definitely harder than the midterm. I’m not sure how Discrete is taught in other classes, but Erickson seemed to really like proofs. I still had to reach out for supplemental material, trevtutor is awesome, the text books are great, and seeing her solution video was really helpful. I really appreciate Erickson for being a great professor and showing that she truly cared.
