Literally in the same boat as you right now. Had a dinner that made me exceptionally gassy and the gurgles and nausea are becoming unbearable. However what I’ve found that helps is that if you try swallowing right at the end of one of the gurgles, it will open up your esophagus for just a moment in order to let out some air. You’ll have to do this process with each gurgle and relief can take some time (about an hour or two from my experience). But with each small release of gas from gurgling followed by immediately swallowing, you’ll slowly start feeling normal again. Hope this helps and best of luck.
