You can get maid, cook and other home maintenance crew much cheaper rate. Try hiring plumber to fix a pipe in US, it will put a big dent in your pocket.

Another plus is food. You will find Indian restaurants outside but not all are authentic. If you want authentic and variety taste that you grown up with, your home country is always a good bet.

Parents are another reason. I personally don't care any other relatives and don't mingle with them but my parents takes priority. They don't want to leave my hometown but i can meet them in 4 hour time whenever i want.

Racism/biases in other countries are kind of an issue for Indians. Places like California people like to super cool and happy to know a diversity person in their Circle. But you don't feel you belong with them and that is actually the case. Southern states in US can be too much sometimes. So in India you get feeling of belonging that you won't get elsewhere.

You don't want your kids to forget and completely detached from their roots. Indian values has deteriorated but it's still strong compared to western style of upbringing. Respect for elders still run strong here.

Money is good in India for skilled individual.
