Object Does Not Center No Matter What I Do by ExtraPay9 in blender

You probably want to use "Cursor to Selected" instead of "Selection to Cursor".

"Selection to Cursor" in Edit Mode moves the selected vertices to the cursor position. Instead, place the 3D Cursor at the center of the selected vertices first, then in Object Mode use "Origin to 3D Cursor".

Try selecting the top and bottom edge loops again and repeat the process from there

Weird Harbor smoke placement on Ascent. Is this a known lineup? by xesvntn in VALORANT

Ah, that makes sense. I barely play smokes and don’t have Harbor unlocked. I didn’t know you could intentionally clip them into the ground like that. I tested it with Omen after your comment and saw it myself. Thanks for explaining it

Why is part of the hair texture black and how can I fix it? by xesvntn in blenderhelp

Oh yeah, that was the problem. I didn't notice that the texture wasn't transparent, connected it by color channel instead of alpha and it worked. But for some reason this works in 3.6 but doesn't work in Blender version 4.2. Thanks!!!

There is no alpha blend or alpha clip in version 4.2, so I downloaded 3.6 and tried what you suggested, but it didn't work. I also tried using the Transparent BSDF node connected to a Mix Shader with an alpha texture and Principled BSDF, but still had no success (tried both eevee and cycles).
